This park has some great views and the trails are nice. Rangers are very friendly. Great place to take kids. The forrest logging history trail and the forestry center is an added bonus, and I like how the picnic table are placed in the woods. Great park.

September 3 Great Field Trip by Kathy

We have visited this park for the past 2 years as a homeschool field trip in the Fall and always have a great experience. We plan to visit again this fall. The rangers are great and present wonderful programs which they can adjust to different age groups. Highly recommend!

June 29 A bit of a disappointment by Sharon Hodgson

Visited on 06-21-10. Not a great experience. We had not been there in awhile and did not realize the fire tower was closed. Then the talking trees were not working. The kids were really disappointed. On the plus side the park was very clean and the trails were well maintained.

it is fun seeing all those stuff that you would see in the woods and the walk up the moutain is a good excise and there lots of things you could learn iam going back
